Today we started by catching portioned trout, they were gutted and washed and then smoked in the smokehouse, they will be sent to supermarkets like carfour for consumption.
Then with Aiden we had to empty and put away the two large sheds which were filled with everything and anything.
It took us all morning until 1:30 p.m.
