Salmontana Fish farm

Today we caught 30 large trout with 12 kilos of small trout, we cleaned the large trout, gutted them, and decapitated them.
the small ones were simply emptied and cleaned for the smoking room.
Before leaving there was a problem on the fish farm, they did not realize that there was no juice, so as a result the fish were deprived of a flow of water and oxygen, they took more than 20 minutes to react.
They almost lost their entire livestock in less than 40 minutes.
The ppm was 6 while the lethal threshold is 5.
