Yes! I'm a son of farmer and I often work on my farm with my father. Working in the farm is always fantastic because, everyday makes me learn new things. Working in farm makes us familiar with Mother Nature. Working on the farm is like managing and controlling a whole factory. Today I went to Hervé’s farm and we worked with him in his farm to get hands-on practice of farm activities in France.
It was a unique experience to drive a tractor in France and it was little bit different from the Indian tractor and I was very happy to have this experience. Hervé Lacaze is a very energetic person and usually manages his farm alone with full enthusiasm. He is used to growing and selling maize as a main crop in his farm .He told us about the CAP system in France in which farmers get subsidy for cultivating crops on their land. It is a monitoring support provided by the government to French farmers .
Hervé Lacaze was very happy to work with us and he told us that he is very interested to visit Banaras , a city in India. He is a progressive farmer and always seeks for growth and development of new agricultural practices.
This exchange of knowledge was a good step towards this and further in the future we are looking forward to work together to eradicate problems in farming and also to get benefitted from each other to share knowledge and new developments in agricultural practices.
