How we transform our fish into a consumer product.

1st step consists of receiving the fish for gutting and scaling and cutting into fillets.

The 2nd step consists of making it smoked to give it flavor and if you want, you can even add spices for more taste.

The 3rd step consists of cutting the fish to the desired weight and then putting it in packaging which will be sealed.

And the last step consists of putting the packaging in boxes and then shipping them to the supermarket.
