Slovakia - Here we come!

I am sooo excited to be accompanying a group of students to Ivanka pri Dunaji in Slovakia to begin their internship. We are leaving La Canourgue on Saturday at noon and heading to the airport at Marseille where we will take the flight to Vienna. We plan to visit the city in the morning and head to Slovakia at around 2pm. I am looking forward to seeing meeting my Slovakia colleagues and seeing different techniques used when raising and producing trout.
