Salmontana Fish farm

Today, like every morning, we started by feeding the fish and then cleaning any dead fish from the ponds.
Then, we caught large trouts and small ones of around 1 kilo, we emptied them, cleaned them and cut the heads of the large trout to make fillets, for the small ones we just cleaned them for customers.
