Romania - Ahhhh! Lemonade

This morning, Lionel and I met the Erasmus+ teaching team. We showed them a few videos of our lycée; Louis Pasteur in La Canourgue and had a really productive meeting about organising a multi-national project. Something to think about over the summer holidays...

Later on, in the afternoon, we drove the boys to Brasov; it was really hot, well over 30•C, which atypical for this time
of year, so I treated myself to a cool glass of Romanian lemonade. Now, I am quite partial to a glass of lemonade; the sweetness mixed with the sharp lemon is a match made in heaven, but Romanian lemonade is on another level. It is often not fizzy but retains the sharpness of the lemons and is not sickly sweet. I have been buying bottles and bottles of the stuff, trying different brands and I really can't choose a favourite as I haven't tried them all yet!
